Due to unforeseen circumstances, Times of Future Past will not be opening on June 14 & 15, 2025. We are sad to make this announcement, but our producer and board of directors are working on solutions and we are excited to reopen our event in 2026. Please keep checking back on our website or Facebook page for updates over the coming year.

We thank you so much for your support for our first year back in Des Moines in 2024 and we are so excited to see you in 2026!

Meet people from the pages of history and fantasy – Mark Twain, Commander Data, Jareth the Goblin King, Spider-Man, Batgirl, Supergirl, and more.

Go Steampunk, Sci-Fi, Vintage and Anime – all in one location.  Enjoy comedy and music, see demonstrations on creating cosplays, glass art, and woodcarving.

Enter our daily Costume Contest or stroll our Artisan Village, meeting merchants selling treasures and trinkets from across time and across the galaxy.

Opening for year SIX in 2024, Times of Future Past is re-locating to Sleepy Hollow Sports Park in Des Moines, Iowa, our original location. Bring your friends, bring the family, bring your imagination and enjoy this outdoor Cosplay event.

We are non-profit and a portion of our proceeds will go towards Make A Wish – Iowa
